SilenX, one of the largest fan manufacturers, has combined a quality product without forgetting to go the extra mile into the packaging and including extra accessories. The IXP-13-14 is perfect for cooling Mini-ITX and Flex-ATX systems. We used ours to replace the fan on our Flex-ATX power supply and not only was it quieter, it pushed more air than fans rated with a higher CFM! We didn't need to use any hardware to measure the difference, just place your hand and it's that noticeable.
